RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Children are not allowed to attend classes. Please make prior arrangements. You will not be allowed to attend training. The no refund policy will apply if you are asked to leave.
2. No phones or pagers allowed in class; pagers may be excusable if they can be set in a vibrate mode.
3. Participants should arrive at training at the specified time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to attend training and will not be eligible for a refund.
4. If you are unable to attend a class, you must provide 48 hours notice at which time you can be transferred to another date. Transfers are only allowed one time!

To cancel or transfer a class with more than 48 hours notice:

You may receive a credit in the amount paid for the class. Credit will not be given without a receipt. It is the responsibility of the participant to submit the original receipt in order to receive a credit. Written documentation stating the purpose for the cancellation or transfer must be submitted with the receipt. The credit may be used to transfer to another class or to register a different person to take a class. The credit may only be used once to transfer a class or to change the name of the person registering. The credit must be used within six (6) months of the original registration date.

To cancel or transfer with less than 48 hours notice or failure to attend class:

No credits will be given. Participants wishing to get into another class will be required to register for the desired date and pay the full cost of the class. The credit policy does not apply if you are asked to leave due to being disruptive.

During class, please turn all pagers and cell phones to vibrate or silent. If your phone/pager does have a vibrate or silent mode, please turn it off.
