As a full-time employee with Kids Incorporated you receive the following benefits paid by the employer:
- Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
- Paid Time Off is accrued based on position and years of services (see employee handbook) after meeting a 90 probation period.
- 13 paid holidays throughout the year.
- 403 (B) Retirement Plan
- no waiting period to enroll
- a minimum of $10.00 a pay period, to contribute
- Rollovers are allowed at anytime
- After one year of employment, Kids Incorporated matches the employee’s contribution up to 3% of the employee’s compensation.
