The Early Head Start Policy Council is part of the shared governance structure of Kids Incorporated's Early Head Start program. The Policy Council is comprised of parents and community leaders, with a majority required to be parents. The Chairperson for the Policy Council sits on the Kids Incorporated Board of Directors as a voting member.
